We recommend booking 3-5 days in advance, especially for weekends or if you have a preferred barber. However, we often have same-day and next-day availability. Check our online booking system for the most up-to-date schedule, or give us a call to check availability.

We understand that life happens! Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to other clients. You can cancel or reschedule easily through our online booking system or by calling us at (555) 123-4567.

Absolutely! When booking online or by phone, you can select your preferred barber. All of our barbers are highly skilled professionals, but we understand that personal preferences and established relationships matter. If your preferred barber isn't available at your desired time, we're happy to recommend another team member with similar expertise.

Yes, walk-ins are always welcome! While we can't guarantee immediate service during peak hours (typically evenings and weekends), we'll do our best to get you in the chair as quickly as possible. Booking an appointment ensures you get your preferred time and barber, but we're here to serve you whether you book ahead or walk in.

We offer a full range of professional barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims and grooming, hot towel shaves, hair coloring, kids cuts, and specialty styling. Our standard haircuts start at $35. Specialty cuts and fades range from $40-$50. Kids cuts (ages 12 and under) are $25. All services include a consultation, precision cutting, styling, and product recommendations. Prices may vary based on hair length, complexity, and additional services requested. Most haircuts and fades take 45-60 minutes, including consultation and styling. Beard trims typically take 20-30 minutes. Hot shaves take about 30 minutes. More complex services like coloring or specialty styling may take 60-90 minutes. When you book online, you'll see the estimated time for each service. We never rush—quality takes time.

Yes! We offer combo packages that bundle services at a discounted rate (like haircut + beard trim). Absolutely! Every service begins with a consultation—it's included at no extra charge. Information about payments, tips, and pricing

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not currently accept checks.

Tips are greatly appreciated but never required. If you're happy with your service, the standard gratuity is 15-20% of the service cost. You can tip in cash or add it to your card payment. Our barbers work hard to ensure you leave looking and feeling great, and tips are a wonderful way to show your appreciation.

For standard services like haircuts and trims, no deposit is required. However, for specialty services, group bookings, or event packages that require extended time or preparation, we may request a deposit to secure your appointment. We'll inform you in advance if a deposit is needed.
